Docklevelers are available in the following: The Electric Edge-O-Dockleveler is the easiest warehouse dockleveler to operate. After the truck is backed against the dock, push and hold the control button to activate the warehouse lift docklevelers. The Hand Pump Hydraulic Edge-O-Dockleveler system eliminates manual lifting. The hand pump is used to lift the deck and extend the lip. The operator rotates the relief valve allowing the deck to descend down and rest upon the trailer. When the trailer departs, the lip drops automatically behind the face of the bumpers. The Edge-O-Dock Dockleveler permanently attaches to face of your dock, providing immediate use while saving valuable floor space when using the pit dock lift leveler. These mechanical loading dock levelers never get lost or stolen and they eliminate pinched fingers and toes. The Electric Hydraulic Dockleveler is ideal for high usage dock areas. With this easy to operate the pit dock lift leveler unit the operator pushes and holds the "raise" button which activates the hydraulic pump and raises the deck. When the deck reaches the raised position, the lip automatically extends. The operator releases the "raise" button and the deck descends to rest on the trailer. The electric loading dockleveler's control box includes a red emergency stop button standard. Mechanical Steel Docklevelers are all heavy duty construction featuring 1/4" checkered plate deck (55,000 PSI) steel and 6" structural steel support understructure for long life. The warehouse steel lift dockleveler's lip is 16" long. The warehouse loading dock leveler includes telescopic steel toe guards on both sides, flush with platform edge.
