The Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest form minimizes the likelihood that non-hazardous waste will be mistaken for hazardous waste. Non-hazardous waste is any solid waste, special waste or seepage that is not otherwise classified as a hazardous waste, biomedical waste, or radioactive waste. The Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest form helps ensure that non-hazardous materials are not classified as hazardous materials when both are contained in the same shipment.
The Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest comes in pin-feed, snap-out or laser formats. The pin-feed forms are available in 8 1/2" x 11", 6-part and packed fan-folded 500 sets/box. The snap-out forms are available in 8 1/2" x 11", 6-part and packed 100 sets/package. The laser forms are in 8 1/2" x 11", 1-Part, single sheets and packed 100 sheets/package.
