These two-sided Lockout/Tagout Tags alert workers to the lockout status of your equipment. Most of the lockout tags have one of two legends on the back:
- Only the individual who signed the reverse side may remove this lock/tag.
- Unauthorized removal of this lock/tag may result in immediate discharge.
Made of either heavy-duty or economy polyester, the 5½" x 3" or 5¾" x 3" Lockout/Tagout Tags meet OSHA lockout/tagout regulations and exceed OSHA 50-lb. pull requirement for tagout devices. ⅜" diameter, brass eyelets accept most padlock shackles. OSHA-compliant nylon fasteners are included. Our Lockout/Tagout Tags are sold in packs of 25 tags.
