Ultra-IBC SpillPallets® with HardTop® meet the regulatory requirements of EPA 40 CFR 264.175, SPCC regulations and current uniform fire codes. The single spill pallets with hardtops are ideal for storage of intermediate bulk containers (IBC's), drums or other large vessels outdoors. All materials stored within the IBC's must be chemically compatible. The IBC secondary containment units with hardtops let you store 1 IBC or up to 4 drums outside. The IBC pallets feature grates that are easily removed for quick clean-up. The outdoor IBC spill pallets are 100% polyethylene constructed and weatherproof.
These outside storage pallets feature a convenient "roll-top" cover that slides up and out of the way for easy access to drum pumps and funnels. These outdoor single spill pallets are constructed of 100% polyethylene that will not rust or corrode. These outside IBC storage containment buildings feature a lockable design that helps provide added security for outside storage of hazardous materials. The outside swing-out doors provide full access to drums for loading and unloading.
The outdoor IBC pallets in the single pallet configuration are available with or without a drain. The IBC spill pallets with hardtops have load capacity of 8,500 lbs. UDL and containment capacity of 360 gallons. The outdoor individual IBC secondary containment units have available an optional bucket shelf for either or both sides to catch small leaks or spills during dispensing.
