These UN Performance-Tested Packagings have been designed in accordance with 49 CFR 173.13. You may ship Class 3, 8 and 9 and Division 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1 and 6.1 in these packages without labels, placards or extra exemption paperwork. UPS now allows the use of these packages in place of larger, expensive exemption packaging.
These 173.13 packagings include inner and outer corrugated boxes, liner bags, 11" paint cans that accommodate tall inner containers and ring locks, absorbent material and tape.
