Law 172.328(b) was introduced - trucks carrying hazardous material must display a
placard identifying the hazard. Labelmaster created a system that held all the basic
hazard classes onto a durable frame that could be mounted on the truck. This system
was called SPACEMASTER® and was made for use on bulk and common carriers.
