All prices are F.O.B. Origin. Terms are net 30 days. Freight will be added to your invoice. Open account to all rated companies. Minimum order $25 unless otherwise authorized. Parcel service charges on your invoice include an 8% insurance fee. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order if shipped to the following states: IL, FL, MD, MN, NY, OR, and WA.
