This disposal can is suitable for the collection of biological/biohazard materials, broken glass, recyclables or other waste and is sized for benchtop or floor placement. All plastic parts in the Biohazard Disposal Can are molded of polypropylene that provides long service, puncture-resistance and autoclavability at 121°C (250°F) to ensure sterility. Hinged lid helps protect users from contact with the contents and helps contain odors and airborne contaminants. A 14" x 19", autoclavable, biohazard disposal bag (sold separately) fits perfectly over the stainless steel, internal wire disposal can frame that keeps bags open for easy access. The Biohazard Disposal Can measures 9" x 12" x 11½".
