File Download and Install Instructions

  1. Click the download link for the update.
  2. Click Open on the screen that pops-up (for Netscape users click Run).
    (Make sure all other software including Masterform is closed.)
  3. Click OK on the info box.
  4. Click the Unzip button.
  5. If prompted to overwrite the existing file, click Yes.
  6. Call technical support at 800-578-4955 for the download password.
  7. Enter the password and click OK.
  8. Once you receive the message "1 file(s) unzipped successfully." The installation is complete.
  9. Click OK and click Close.

Masterform by Labelmaster (Standard Edition v5.x):

  • January 1, 2010: Please do not install this update until after December 31, 2009. Masterform by Labelmaster for UPS Standard Edition v5.x - Chemical Table and Program Update.     FILE NOTE: The "Training Presentation" link links to an 8 MB Zip File that contains a 20 MB Microsoft PowerPoint voiceover presentation describing the new features, install and setup procedures, and UPS WorldShip integration of the new Masterform by Labelmaster for UPS program. Click the link, then save the file to your harddrive, unzip it, and view the presentation. This file requires PowerPoint or a PowerPoint Viewer. The "Version 5.1 Manual" links to a 7 MB PDF file including all help documentation for the new Masterform by Labelmaster for UPS program.

Other File Download Instructions

Use this option if you want to download and store the update files on your harddrive. There are 3 possible choices for initiating a download. They are:

  1. Point your mouse at the filename above and RIGHT click the mouse. This will bring up a Save As popup window. You will have a choice to Save Target As (Internet Explorer) or Save Link As (Netscape), choose this option. This will allow you to save the document in the directory (folder) of your choice. It is important at this step to be sure you note where the file is being saved.
  2. Point your mouse at the filename above and LEFT click the mouse while HOLDING DOWN THE SHIFT KEY. This will also bring up a Save As popup window. This will allow you to save the document in the directory (folder) of your choice. It is important at this step to be sure you note where the file is being saved.
  3. Just click the filename link above. Again, this will bring up a Save As popup window. You will have a choice to Save Target As (Internet Explorer) or Save Link As (Netscape), choose this option.
