The Dangerous Goods Advisor is a collection of all of the referenced information for a dangerous good presented on one easy-to-read page. The DGA shows referenced information for every column of the dangerous goods list for that specific material, including definitions, packaging information, labeling requirements, special provisions, and more.

Masterform Express is the basic shipping software that is updated to keep you in compliance. It is best suited for single user usage.

Masterform Express Pro allows an Administrator to assign users and user rights. This program offers increased security options, as well as offers packing instruction validation. This option is best suited for those that have heightened security issues or multiple locations/shippers.

Masterform Pro validates the Packing Instructions. This means the program makes sure that packing types are appropriate and compatible for your shipment, and that the inner quantities have not been exceeded. Masterform Express validates net quantity only.

The Professional version allows a customer to set up security. This is useful for larger organizations and those organizations that have a centralized regulations support team. The Pro version allows the customer to restrict:

1. Who can access the program.
2. Who can create templates.
3. Who can change shipping options.

Masterform Express Basic does not offer security features.

Yes. There is a field to enter your DOT Exemption number.

Validation is a feature within Masterform that checks that the information entered for a shipment is compliant with ICAO and DOT regulations.

Package level validation checks the values of the entire package. Net quantity validation checks the values entered for a single hazardous material.

It usually takes about 10 minutes to process a shipment.

The program will save your documents indefinitely. However, it is a regulatory requirement for the user to print a copy of their shipping documents and keep a hard copy for their records.

Masterform Express and our program Masterform for Maritime will process your multi-modal shipments. Please contact your software sales representative for more information regarding multi-modal hazmat shipping.

An ODBC connection needs to be set up for UPS’s WorldShip program. Currently you can fully integrate with WorldShip. There is currently no integration feature with FedEx Ship Manager. However, you can use your Masterform Express to process your hazmat shipments with FedEx Ship Manager.

Yes. It uses the Air Force Interservice Manual 24-204 (AFMAN 24-204(I))to ensure shipping compliance for military shipments.

Yes. The Masterform does include the Operator variations for Ground and Air, as well as cross border restrictions.

No. Masterform Express will allow you to ship any hazardous material that is allowed per DOT and ICAO regulations.

Masterform Express allows the user to add, delete and edit contacts. Masterform Express Pro address book rights are determined by the Administrator. You can delete or add contacts only if your Administrator has given you the rights to do so.

Yes. Only you have access to your login information outside of the program administrator at Labelmaster Software.

There are two types of templates: a shipment template and a package template. A shipment template saves all of your shipping data for a specific shipment. A package template saves the hazardous material information only.

Creating and saving templates saves time keying-in information, and also prevents keying errors.

It should only take about 10 minutes to set up a shipping template.

Masterform Express allows the user to add/delete templates. Masterform Express Pro template rights are assigned by the Administrator.

The address book allows you to store all of your customer information and shipment locations.

Yes. The program will validate your overpack shipments.

No. It will not validate radioactive shipments.

Yes. As long as you have an active internet connection and are able to reach our server through that connection.

No. It’s an automatic process.

Yes. It handles UPS ground hazmat shipments to Canada only.

All air and ground carriers. The Masterform is a multi-carrier product that can be used for all of your hazmat shipping.

Masterform can prints shipments on the following forms: Shipper's Declaration (Blank form FO7LB - with the option to print in both free-form style or in columnar format) FedEx Ground Hazardous Materials Shipping Paper (available only from FedEx) UPS Hazardous Materials Shipping Paper (available only from UPS) UPS Crossborder Hazardous Materials Shipping Paper (available only from UPS)
