3D DG Training

Whether you are looking to elevate your DG management program for a competitive advantage or looking to increase confidence with your training mandates, our immersive 3D experiences can strengthen employees’ understanding of DG shipping regulations resulting in more confidence to pack and ship DG safely and compliantly.

Included with our most popular online training courses as an additional activity outside the curriculum, these game-like experiences immerse the student into a fun, engaging, realistic warehouse environment where important decisions need to be made… and mistakes have consequences.

Based on the online training purchased, users will select items to prepare (flammable liquids and/or lithium batteries) and/or modes of transport (ground, vessel and/or air), as well as the level of difficulty. From there, they will need to:

  • Locate and review shipping instructions
  • Select the correct outer packaging
  • Assemble packaging per the closure instructions
  • Select and place appropriate labels and markings
  • Select the correct Declaration or Bill of Lading
  • And more

No Special Gear Needed!

No goggles, headsets or downloading required. Our interactive experiences simply require an internet connection and are optimized for desktop and the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.

Users will be given a unique link to register for their experience that is valid for 90 days.

Starting January 1, 2022, IATA has imposed strict rules about shipping lithium batteries. Now, more shipments will be fully-regulated than ever before. Learn more in this What will lithium battery shippers do without Section II Packing Instructions? blog post!
