Gary S. Mostow

Current Responsibilities

Gary Mostow, Chairman of American Labelmark Company, parent company of Labelmaster, provides strategic direction and guidance for the company. He oversees large complex projects and works with executive management to develop appropriate and practical solutions that respond to company needs. As an attorney, Gary is an advisor on issues involving financial and lending relationships, business organizations and start-ups, as well as the negotiation of general business contracts

Experience

Gary has extensive experience in developing corporate strategy, structuring and completing complex mergers and acquisitions. He represents both private and publicly held businesses in a full spectrum of commercial transactions. Gary is also of counsel to Pedersen & Houpt, a leading Chicago law firm, providing its clients with strategic business counseling.

Education and Affiliations

Gary earned his juris doctorate degree from John Marshall Law School and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, American Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.
