Vice President of Sales
Heidi Lohmann, Vice President of Sales, leads the sales organization at Labelmaster, directing a national account management team, an inside sales team and a software sales team. She coaches and develops the sales teams, and has created a foundation for growth by focusing on customer coverage and productivity. Heidi is passionate about developing sales strategies and processes that deliver the best experience for the customer.
Heidi is a results driven professional with 26 years of extensive sales leadership experience, skilled in large and medium-sized customer sales. She offers expertise to communicate and work cross functionally among all levels of an organization. Prior to her position at Labelmaster, Heidi was director of sales operations at W.W. Grainger, an $8.5 billion worldwide distributor of facilities management products and services. She also was a district sales manager at Grainger. Previously, Heidi held sales positions at Calphalon, a leading cookware firm, and Esselte, a major office products company.
Education and Affiliations
Heidi earned a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University. She has trained with several different sales training and strategy organizations such as Richardson Sales Training and Strategy Execution, Miller Heiman’s Large Account Management Process, Coaching for Performance, Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership and Dimensions in Professional Selling.
