The latest solution from the Obexion Max packaging line features a lightweight, cost-effective, and convenient reusable pouch for safely shipping damaged, defective, or recalled lithium batteries. The durable thermal pouch is constructed with thermal barrier technology that mitigates the risks of lithium battery fires. The 7-7/8" x 5-7/8" x 3/8" (L x W x H) inner dimensions of the pouch can accommodate most mobile phones, standalone lithium-ion batteries, or small general devices.

The reusable pouch paired with our flame-retardant fiberboard boxes can be shipped via ground or ocean transport with US DOT Special Permit (20432) if the lithium ion battery or lithium ion battery contained in the device does not exceed 100Wh or ground only if no greater than 300Wh.
