- Didn't Receive Email - If you do not receive an email from us in a timely manner please email us at email@example.com and we will reset your password immediately.
- Check Spam Folder - If you are sure you have a login but did not receive an email, please check in your spam folder or contact your network administrator and ask for emails from Labelmaster to be permitted. You can also try adding firstname.lastname@example.org and the @Labelmaster.com domain to your email Safe List.
- No Login Yet - If you don’t receive an email, it is possible that we do not have a login for your email address yet. Try creating a new login with the “I’m new here” button on the login page.
