Labelmaster's Return Policy
Sometimes a product isn’t what you expected. That’s why we make it easy to return items and to get you moving again.
An item may be returned for any reason within 30 days from the purchase date.
Proof of purchase from Labelmaster is required and items must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
Custom products, personalized products, and clearance items are not eligible for returns.
If you received the item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping expense; otherwise, you are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Digital licenses for our regulatory publications that have not been activated may be returned, subject to license verification.
How to Return an Item
Request a return authorization number by submitting a Return Item request or by calling 1.800.621.5808. We’ll ask you to provide some basic information, such as the original order number.
Within 24 hours of getting your information, you will receive an email with an attached Return Authorization document detailing ship to address and other information.
The Return Authorization is valid for 30 days from the date we emailed the Return Authorization to you.
To ensure a speedier return:
Use a new, sturdy box to ship your item.
Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box in clear, large print.
Place the Return Authorization and the item's original packing list inside the box along with the returned item.
Receiving Your Refund
Once we receive the item that you shipped, we will notify you via email about your refund:
We will credit your original invoice, if the invoice has already been paid.
We will provide an internal credit memo, if the invoice is open (has not yet been paid).
We will refund your credit card, if the purchase was made on a credit card.
