Labelmaster’s Truck Scissor Dock Lifts with a 5000-lb. load capacity provide you with maximum safety and total efficiency when handling freight where there isn’t a dock. These are OSHA and ANSI compliant and feature a checkered plate deck made of heavy gauge steel with fixed toe boards and removable hand rails. Their push-button control is 24V AC on a 20-ft.-long coil cord. The pre-wired control box includes magnetic starter and an overload fuse. The 6.5HP, 230/460V motor used to power these lifts can be located up to 8 ft. away. Designed with total safety in mind, these have hydraulic cylinders with an emergency velocity fuse, upper travel limit switch, an overload relief valve and a patented electric toe guard that is triggered to stop the platform from lowering if an object such as an operator’s hand or foot is in its path. Their platform measures 48 x 96 in. with a lowered height of 8 in. and a raised height of 68 in.
