You can rest easy knowing that trucks and trailers will accurately meet up with your docks, making loading and unloading even more efficient with Labelmaster’s Mechanical Edge-O-Docklevelers. These are operated by placing the included actuation handle into the pocket of the inner lip and pulling down. They attach permanently to the face of your docks, have a 20,000-lb. load capacity and feature toe guards to protect fingers and toes, making them OSHA compliant. Once trucks are flush with the docks, simply push the handle forward until the lip rests on trailer beds. When trucks depart, the lip manually lifts using the actuation handle and is stored behind the bumpers. Their service range is 5 in. above and below the dock height, they are 66-in. wide and come with 18-in.-high bumpers to service lower trucks.
