If you ship dangerous goods by air on either passenger or cargo airlines, you must comply with ICAO/IATA’s requirements. Although the ICAO Technical Instructions are the legally binding document for shipping dangerous goods by air, the majority of the world’s airlines use the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations which fully reflect all of the provisions found in the ICAO TI’s. The IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations require that employees involved in shipping dangerous goods receive training (IATA DGR 1.5). This interactive online course is always up-to-date with the latest regulations and meets the minimum training requirements specified in the IATA DGR for employees shipping and handling dangerous goods. It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure that their employees training commensurate with their responsibilities and they may need additional training. Our interactive experiences simply require an internet connection and may only be used on a desktop/laptop with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. You will receive your access link along with your log-in credentials within approximately 2 hours of your purchase during regular weekday business hours (7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. CT).
