Made of heavy duty polyester that withstands moisture, grease, chemicals and extreme temperatures, the 5 3/4 x 3-in. tags meet OSHA confined space regulations and exceed OSHA 50-lb. pull requirement for tagout devices. A 3/8-in.-diameter, heavy duty, brass grommet accepts most padlock shackles, the write-on tag surface accepts pen, pencil or marker and an OSHA-compliant nylon fastener is included.
