- Save time and money bringing transportation damage claims to a quick resolution with Labelmaster’s TiltWatch® Plus Damage Indicators. These simple, cost-efficient sensors are placed directly on goods or packaging to detect and record unacceptable tilting during shipping and handling. Simply remove their adhesive backing to arm them. They utilize the most aggressive, 5-mil, acrylic adhesive available, which creates a permanent bond on all but the roughest containers. Once they are applied, they cannot be reset and products cannot be tipped without indisputable evidence of mishandling. There are three separate indicators that provide complete 360° monitoring: two that determine the exact angle of the tilt and from what direction the tilting occurred, and one that indicates whether complete overturn has occurred. These will not activate during normal handling conditions such as aircraft take-off angles. They are sold in cases of 100.
