The Capsuloc secondary container, constructed from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), successfully withstands a pressure differential of 100 kPa and accommodates bottles up to 32 oz., making it ideal for shipping liquids or solids. Unlike traditional metal paint can shippers, Capsuloc containers feature a secure screw-lid cap that can be effortlessly opened or closed without the need for tools or ring locks.
Our Capsuloc 4GV/4G packaging kits offer a multitude of benefits. Not only are they 32% lighter and significantly more compact than traditional metal paint can kits, but they also deliver substantial savings on shipping costs per unit. Moreover, these kits provide the added advantage of doubling the storage capacity for Capsuloc kits on a single pallet.
The Capsuloc 4GV/4G packaging kits are available with various bottle sizes complete with caps, or without a bottle, allowing you to use your own. Proudly made in the United States, these kits are recyclable, and the Capsuloc containers can be reused when used with a new UN fiberboard box kit, adhering to the provided inspection criteria guidelines.
