Registration is a 2-step process.

  1. Complete the form below and then click the "Continue to Step 2" button, a separate form and registration payment but be made for each attendee.
  2. Place registration in your shopping cart and complete the checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate form and registration purchase must be made separately for each individual who wishes to attend.

Beginning April 1, 2018 $199.00 per person

We suggest that international attendees make an early request for a formal letter of invitation to obtain a U.S. visa and ensure participation.

Do you need a formal letter of invitation? Yes

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations requests must be sent to DGSYMPOSIUM@labelmaster.com. Cancellations received by July 31, 2018 will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations received August 1-11, 2018 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after August 11, 2018 and no-shows are non-refundable.

Labelmaster reserves the right to reject or cancel your registration for any reason. In the event that we cancel or reject your registration after we process your payment, we will refund the full amount of the registration fee that you were charged.
